offers automatic email tracking notification for your shipments via
FedEx and UPS. Please make sure that you specify on each purchase order
where to email notification notices. The freight company’s computer
system provides this service, not Picnic Time.
Any product that is damaged in shipping or is defective may be returned for a full refund if returned within 60 days of shipping. Please email us at: contactus@BestPicnicBackpacks.com to
receive a refund authorization and number. Non-defective merchandise
returned for any reason other than mis-shipment of product, will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Products must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date.
